"</span></span><span style="font-family:verdana;"><span style="font-family:verdana;"><a href="http://projects.ischool.washington.edu/mcdonald/courses/imt546_au04/readings-11.13/westfall.pdf">Does Telecommuting Really Increase Productivity?</a>" was published in <span style="font-style: italic;">Communications of the ACM</span> in 2004.
